Shipping/Return Policy

Ordering Information

When you place an order, Magic Hat will ship your order, following credit card approval, within 2 business days (48 hours). We do not process orders over the weekend.

If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to provide specific information relative to your back order item. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Information

Magic Hat uses FedEx for all shipping and please note that FedEx can only deliver to street addresses, and cannot ship to PO Boxes. FedEx makes no guarantees on deliveries.

Standard Delivery Time

2-6 business days from time order was fulfilled.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns for refund must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date of the items. 

All returns/exchanges must be received in their original condition. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags or packaging. 

All clearance/sale items are final sale. As a courtesy, sale items may be exchanged for a different size in the same item and are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we cannot guarantee exchange.

All refunds must be applied to original form of payment. Refunds are non-transferable.

Louis Garneau bicycle jerseys must have original tags in order to return or exchange.

Adding delivery confirmation/tracking to your shipment is strongly recommended, as you are responsible for insuring that we receive the returned item(s). We are not responsible for any packages that were not confirmed delivered to our facility.

Returns/exchanges are processed as received. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your transaction. Please note that we do not process orders of any kind over the weekend. All orders received after 2:00pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Returns may take anywhere from 7-30 days to register on your credit records. Please allow ample time for these results.

Items sent for exchange may be subject to backorder. If an item you requested is backordered, you will receive notification via email. All non-sale backordered items will be given the option of exchange for an equally priced, in stock item.

Items damaged in shipment will be replaced with like items. In the event that similar items are out of stock, return will be placed on backorder. All damage exchanges placed on backorder will be given the option of exchange for an equally priced, in stock item

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
